Program Participant Requirements

We look forward to your presentation at the CORPaTH Summit!

There is no Internet access in the general session meeting room so if your presentation includes a video or PowerPoint, it must be received no later than Friday, Nov. 29 to be included.

Please review the checklist below to make sure your audio and visual needs can be met. We have a sophisticated set-up so with advance planning, we can accommodate almost anything.

We may not see email updates before or during the conference so please be sure to text Frank Casciato at (805) 304-3897 with any relevant information affecting the program.

For guests who prefer to phone in their reservations, they may call the Caesars Palace Reservation Center at (702) 731-7110 or (866) 227-5938 to secure a reservation on the CORPaTH group block. To avoid incurring processing fees, please click here to make an online reservation. You may also mention Food & Drug – CORPATH 2024 or group code SCFDC4 to avoid processing fees over the phone.

Discounted rates are valid until Nov. 1, 2024. Early hotel reservations are recommended because the discounted room block, as well as the hotel in general, has sold out in year’s past.

PowerPoint Requirements

  • Ensure your PowerPoint is formatted to 16×9.

  • Use high-contrast text and backgrounds so our attendees can read your presentation clearly.

  • Remove page numbers from your PowerPoint template.

Audio/Video Requirements

  • Please email or provide links to any videos or audio required for your presentation.

  • Provide videos and audio by Nov. 29, 2024 to ensure our tech team can test it.

  • If you plan to play audio samples from a personal device, please let us know so our tech team can properly connect your device onstage.
